The highly acclaimed Concert hall at the Royal Northern College of Music is being refurbished and gaining a fresh modern appearance with new acoustic wall and ceiling treatments. The seating capacity is being increased using new high level galleries and a new lighting grillage is to be suspended from the roof. The project also includes new backstage and breakout facilities. Special attention is being placed on the acoustic treatment to ensure the performance space retains its world class sound.
