Scott Hughes Design provided Chester University with BREEAM Certification Services which helped the project achieve a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ Post Construction Certification.

Grosvenor House provides 202 studio apartments set in the heart of the University of Chester’s main campus. The building utilised off site prefabricated modular construction to reduce the construction programme.

There are communal common room’s, laundry facilities as well as changing facilities for the adjacent sports pitches.
